My father-in-law ordered the sancocho de costilla and really enjoyed it. Overall, I would give the food a 5 out of 5!
The food and drinks were packaged nicely. I would have appreciated having some soup spoons with the sancocho, but that's just a minor issue. The taste was excellent, and the service was quick. Thank you! Food rating: 5/5.
First of all, the service was terrible. We only saw our waiter once, and then he disappeared, making us feel like they wanted us to leave. To make matters worse, we ordered a lemonade that never arrived but still showed up on our bill. As for the food, the meat and shredded chicken on the patacón were so overly salty that they were almost inedible. The natural juices were clearly watered down. The empanadas were extremely greasy! As a Colombian, I know what a proper empanada should taste like, and this was definitely not it. Additionally, we were served a cracked cup, which is a significant safety issue due to the chipped rim. Most frustrating of all, the tip was automatically included and they didn't inform us; it was misleadingly labeled as "gratitude". The bill even had an option to add additional tip, which is very deceiving. In summary, I suggest saving your money and dining elsewhere.
I experienced some notable issues during my recent visit to the restaurant. Firstly, I discovered that my glass had a chip, which raised concerns regarding the establishment's attention to detail and overall quality standards. Additionally, the dish I ordered was overly salted, resulting in an unpleasant dining experience.Food: 2/5
