Mcdonald's Klerksdorp Drive-thru

If u want to get experience of the worst service you can go to flamewood mcdonalds coz even after 4 hours of load shedding they will still be closing atleast 1 hour so that you can change your mind and never let these people get to work

Terrible customer service. The shop assistants complain more than clients. They seem to be unsure of what they're doing. I was really disappointed. I doubt I'll ever visit Klerksdorp outlet again.

Had fast friendly service.. chips was not up to standard as usual..

Poor service does not have the option to pay with card and cash. The food also gave my friend and I a stomach buh for a week.

We used to get good service here in the beginning. But lately it seems as though the staff consists of trainees. We have been patient for the past few months. However today was a terrible experience. After clarifying and repeating an order multiple times, we paid and were given something that came from the bin, on top of which the order was wrong. Eventually we had to ask for the manager who came and made the meal herself. @Mcdonalds, please retrain your staff on customer service and handling of food.
