The Marble West Inn - Dorset

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! I made some mistakes with my reservations, but they quickly fixed the issue and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Paul and Julia have done an outstanding job. We enjoyed cocktails before dinner, which gave us the chance to learn about the owners and the history of the inn. The food was incredible, and the overall experience was both fun and educational. The quality, passion, and attention to detail that the owners put into their work truly shine through.

An exquisite gem nestled in the mountains of Vermont. The creative and inspired cuisine crafted by a charming husband-and-wife duo is served in a stylish and chic atmosphere. It feels as though you're a guest in their home. The menu is fixed, so a sense of adventure is essential, but it’s a delight to sit down and experience where the chef’s creativity will take you. This is an absolute must-visit for all food lovers.

Obviously the best culinary opportunity in southern wt. very creative courses, well paired weine, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere. for me it's like blue hill at stone barns.

This is the most unique dinning experience in the Southern VT area. The menu is set daily and there are 5 petite courses. All the decisions are made for you! The unique blends of spices and herbs offers a tasty dish...Our server was the owner of the Inn and his wife is the chef. They make a great team and have indepth knowledge on food preparation and wines. The dinning area seats approximately 25 people... The Inn has a minimalist feel to it and at the same time is just as cozy as can be. If I didnt live in Dorset, I would go to the Marble West Inn for a getaway. Dont't miss the experience!
