Feedback gevenA beautiful Sunday night. we had reserved for 19 o'clock, and then we went down earlier. the service was excellent. it went off with a gruß from the kitchen. we had already selected our food on the internet before, but unfortunately the menu was updated and our desired dish was no longer included. Nevertheless we have made it easy to change. the steak was delicious. the appetizers were also very good. we had bark and Thai cocoss soup. then there was another dessert from the house, also very good. everything in all it was a very tasteful evening. high, highly recommended.
The staff was very friendly. but at this house I would have imagined the choice of a brunch. small sausage selection, appetizers very clear, vitello tonnato with a hauch of thunfischsoße, tomatoes/mozarelle not made on. there was only a meat dish, pork fillet, and a fish dish. I know some people who don't eat pork or fish. they did not remain an alternative. they would only remain rösti, rice and sweet (depressed all kinds). there should be two different types of meat. but what I thought was not, was that one did not consider how the plates look and whether there was enough. Demand was relocated after fifteen minutes. for that came with bowls and put the fish and the meat in the containers that have been kept warm for hours, on the still existing butter and sauce. fish cold, raw and not seasoned, for that the meat sauce beautifully salty. for me the worst brunch. never again. There was little help from the friendly staff.
We were here more often in the 90s than another owner residing here. now we tried the kitchen under the new owner. solid good kitchen: steak with potato gratin and vegetables, dessert walnusseis. very nice operation and the chef has really much audibility of crying. in the middle of the week not excessively full but pleasant . beautiful music in the background and a gracious modern direction. can be repeated.
I was in the beige of a business Christmas dinner on recommended by colleagues in the dimberger glocke to guest.The visit took place during the week in the early evening. the dimberger glocke was still sparsely occupied at this time.The first impression was a warm light, Christmas deco, which was however in measured and not used in mass. our table was located in a slightly separated area with a view to the kitchen - a pleasantly quiet atmosphere.There is a solid map in the dimberger bell, which however can vary slightly seasonal. There are also other (menu) offers offered on demand by the service. Overall, the selection of foods and drinks sounds more groundy and unspectacular. there are also some vegetarian dishes that are clearly inferior.We ordered various appetizers, heads and desserts, so we could test a good cross-section of the card.Our first impression of the card has been confirmed. all the foods were more tasteful and from the presentation rather classic. there were no nasty, but also no unexpected positive surprises. Something unhappy was the fact that with two menus the supplements previously offered by the service were not available. this was not communicated shortly after the order, but only a few seconds before serving.The service has apologised and offered an alternative supplement. However, since these were already on the plate, this was apparently rather a rhetorical question and left a slight "shmalle" with the affected colleagues.The sizes of the courts were altogether ok, but could not have been smaller. especially in the vegetarian court, the ratio of the price to the portion size was marginal.In summary, I must say that the evening had light and shadow. the first impression surprised me positiw. the service was friendly and attentive, however, had a little after the evening. the foods and drinks were ok and we did not experience any evil surprises. However, whether this should be the goal of a restaurant, can be questioned. here I would have liked to put some more creativity and touch. so it was a nice evening in the afternoon, but in no way so impressive that he cries after a repetition.
We were glad to find a restaurant that is open on the 1st Christmas holiday and have eaten in the dimberger bell on preorder the menu. the local was full, but the service was well organized, friendly and not stressed at all, very pleasant! one could choose from two suppen and about 10 main dishes, but then all decided to the classic gans. both the meat and the supplements were well prepared and have fully met our expectations. I can't judge the normal restaurant operation, but the quality of the Christmas dinner was good so we'll be back safely.
