They have a few options on the menu that are gluten friendly. as on a strict AIP diet with severe intolerances to gluten and milk I found it hard to find an option that I could eat. I talked to a really nice waitress and we made some changes to the grilled laugh. the chef was amazing and came out to talk to me and he made a lot of substitutions so I could have something I could eat! he was great and super understanding about all the things I couldn't eat. I ended up with a large grilled salmon with a wonderful salad with an obstinate! I had to pay the full price of the laughter, but who cares about me and I could eat! he even cooked my salmon on a separate grill, so no contamination. the chef came out to give me my teller and look for me. fantastic!

The waitstaff at this restaurant had no knowledge of what gluten is. The menu only had one option labeled as 'less gluten', which was unsatisfactory. I would suggest avoiding this restaurant.
