Arby's - Dothan

I don’t think she’s giving her customers the cold shoulder while correcting an order. I ordered a bark and cheddar sandwich along with two classic roast beef sandwiches. One of the classic sandwiches had a reasonable amount of bark, while the other two were barely filled with roast beef, just one slice each. One of the workers let me sit in the waiting area for 35 minutes until they closed, and when I finally saw someone come out, I approached them with my sandwiches. They asked me if there was something wrong with my order. My friend also ordered a market fresh sandwich, which was drenched in horseradish sauce, something she is allergic to, and she only discovered this after taking a bite of it.

The sandwiches are delicious and affordably priced, especially when taking advantage of their vouchers. I've consistently received friendly service at the Montgomery Highway location.

Ordered a kids 6 piece, a turkey club wrap meal, and a sm crinkle fry. After having to pull ahead and wait for about 15 minutes, I was hoping the food would be fresh and hot. Cold crinkle fries and my turkey club was on a stale wrap. All the ingredients were at the bottom of the wrap leaving half of the meal as all sauce and stale wrap. There was sauce everywhere outside the wrap. Plus, no toy in the kids meal ?

What a joke this Arby's is. 1.6 oz of meat on a classic roast beef sandwich. Then when I called the manager she told me I was lieing and I never ordered anything from there store. Then after 10 minutes of telling them the order number and time and price total she finally found my order. The manager was very rude and will not even go back for my replacement sandwiches because I do not want them to do something else to them. I don't care how much you get paid if I'm spending my money that I worked hard for and those employees can't do there job then find another job!! Plain and simple one of the worst things you can do is mess with a person's food.
