Beef 'o ' Brady 's - Dothan

The service is downhill. I ordered a santa fe chicken salad, got the salad and was asked: “Do you want the beats (salsa and sour cream)?” yes! otherwise it is just a simple garden salad. Once this particular server got the tip, we no longer existed. it wasn't even said I had a good day. on a Sunday. eating was good, but bad service.

This review is for the last 3 visits in a row. Poor service, waitresses sit and wait for customers to request service rather than tend to business. Sub par food. Grease hasn’t been changed in forever. Overall observation is that customer experience has degraded with each visit.

My husband and me have been waiting to get some food from Beef OBrady and the long wait resulted in this burned cheeseburger meat and a hamburger steak plate that looks like someone ate out of my food. There was little to no gravy in the plate. It just looked like no one to the to make sure our food was in good quality before being delivered by Door Dash. I called and spoke with the manager, Adrian and to my amazement “he didn’t care at all and only blamed it on door dash.” He was not empathetic to the fact that “we are hungry” and that he could have offered to recook the meal but yet he hung the phone up in my face. We will not support “ Beef OBrady in Dothan, Alabama again!

First off the service was horrible our server she was rude then to top it off the fries we ordered you could tell had been sitting out and had probably been dropped back in the grease. Very very horrible experience. I will Never ever come here again.

Great wings! The Kentucky bourbon was fantastic, and I enjoyed the basket with curly fries. Next time, I’ll ask for the wings to be served colder—they were just warm, and I prefer them chilled. The service was excellent, the beer was cold, and the food was delicious!
