The food was enjoyable overall, although the mac and cheese was disappointing and the mango lemonade didn't taste like mango lemonade. However, the service was fantastic.

The young lady who served us was fantastic—very friendly and incredibly helpful. However, the appetizers on the table were unsatisfactory; they were not properly roasted. Although we requested another bucket of peanuts, most of them were stale, except for a few small ones. The rest of the food was acceptable; the steak was cooked well, but the broccoli and sweet potato were lacking. The cinnamon and butter served on the side appeared old. Additionally, the service was somewhat slow. The only aspect that could elevate this review to three stars was the excellent service provided by our server, who I believe was named Sydney. I hope she receives recognition for her efforts. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I had recently lunched at this place with my family on black friday at 11:45 o'clock in advance and check their bill accurately to avoid overloading against prices on the menu. while eating is decent, the service and the love for detail is missing. the waitress would clearly prefer to be somewhere else and not take care of customers. When I broke her overload, she tried to argue before she finally got off and repaired it. I have no problem in paying for what is ordered and consumed, but I hate to be overloaded and especially by an rude waitress

Something was wrong. We did not see our usual great service. Several of the empty tables were not cleared of dishes in the area they sat us in. The waiter did his best at keeping us fed. We were a party of 5 ordering steaks and ribs each with two side dishes. When our orders arrived only three of us were served, side dishes were missing. Normally the entire group is served at the same time. Side dishes Included sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows. The sweet potatoes came plain and the toppings came after the other two individuals were served their main dishes. Two plates of rolls were consumed while we were waiting for the second set of main dishes. The marshmallows and caramel came in same little dishes. By the time we were all eating the side dishes arrived the side dishes were cold. Who do you blame, the waiter, the cooks, makes you wonder when the empty tables were not even cleared off. I doubt we will return.

The food at this restaurant is generally quite good, and we've dined here many times. However, during our most recent visit, the food was disappointing and the service was poor. Our waiter clearly didn't want to be there; it took an excessively long time for him to take our drink and food orders. We even had to go to the bar for refills since we couldn't locate him. Additionally, we had to ask another server for our bill, and we waited quite a while before doing that. A manager eventually came by to inquire about our experience. She was very apologetic and even comped one of our orders due to its poor quality. Despite this experience, we will return, as I believe it was an isolated incident.
