Papa John's Pizza - Dothan

Great customer service! Food was hot and right on time. Delivery driver was 5star!

Papa John's is fantastic. I usually order through their app, which is very user-friendly. I also earn rewards through their Papa Rewards program, making it a great deal. The pizza is always tasty and made to order.

I found the papadia to be very unpleasant. The combination of meatball, pepperoni, marinara, and cheese was overly rich and overwhelming. It was surprising because it's essentially just half of a pizza. However, my other order, a two-topping pizza, was delicious.

I ordered pizzas to SE Health as I have previously when my daughter was admitted. They have ALWAYS brought the order to Entrance 3 where the hospital side is and I came down and got it. This time the incompetent driver took it to the ER. We are not in theER. I explained to him that they have always delivered to entrance 3 and he said he always delivers to the ER and refused tobring it to the side I was on. He just left it and I had to figure out how to get around there to get it as Entrance 3 closes at6 and I would've been locked out. So, by the time I found my way around to the ER through the hospital, it was cold. I calledand the manager just brushed me off putting me on hold and eventually hanging up on me. I would've never ordered if I knew this.Directions were given when order was placed and nobody said it wasn't doable otherwise I wouldn't have placed an order. Driverwas rude and unprofessional and manager wasn't helpful.

The manager was not helpful at all. We accidentally placed the wrong order online and he refused to correct it. We also requested extra sauce for the breadsticks, but he said no and laughed rudely in our faces.
