Subway - Dothan

Do you have any chocolate chip cookies? NO.... how in the hell do you run out of product? Why is it so difficult to maintain a very small Subway store! I would avoid this ridiculous place at all cost! It?s like this every single weekend...

Always out of something. If you go to this location looking for something, they're out of it. Additionally, the young lady with the face piercings has the customer service skills of an artichoke. Save your money and go elsewhere from this disappointment of a Subway.

Went into subway inside Flowers Hosputal on October 15th early morning and asked for a cup of coffee the attendant said go to Waffle House we don't have coffee

Staff members, Jessica and the other middle aged woman have horrible customer service, have private conversations infront of you rather than paying attention and making your food. Often out of cookies. Rarely ever have breakfast food available. Very rude to hospital employees and patient family members. Middle aged woman was very rude to new younger subway employees in front of customers. Managers never wear their masks over their noses. Often have poor hygiene with their glove use, going from register to make subs. I've seen the middle aged woman touch the cutting board food surface with her bare hands while bending down to get new gloves. I've stood in the front of the store waiting on someone to come out of the back for several minutes before being rudely greeted. The two main day shift employees should be replaced in my personal opinion.

First of all this is the worst service ever ! The ?manager? had an attitude the whole entire time while i was telling her exactly how i wanted MY sandwich made !!!! When asked who owns the sub way she said leave your name and number ! How ever the heck she is a manager they need new staff cause that?s not right !!!!
