Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Dothan

I always try to give them another chance. I understand that the pandemic has created challenges for them, but issues were already present before that. When they get it right, it's truly excellent, but lately, it's felt like winning the lottery to have a good experience. They informed me that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled, and I would have to go out and get a refund?

First impressions matter, and this place certainly delivers. It's very clean, spacious, and elegant. There's plenty of room, and the staff is always attentive. If there's a mistake, they resolve it quickly. They offer a great selection of smoothies and simple dishes. The salad was delicious, fresh, and generously portioned.

Tropical smoothie is my favorite visit! I love most of their employees! some could use improvements. except to say nothing bad!

The quality has significantly declined. My recent visits have been disappointing. The smoothies no longer taste anything like the ones from Verizon.

You cant go wrong with a good cold smoothie as HOT as it is; and don't forget to add a Wrap or Flatbread!! I've never had bad service at Tropical smoothie...and the food is always hot and fresh! Keep up the good work T.S. ?!
