Great place to go with close friends. Here you will get delicious Asian style sharing plates, funky pop music and great waiting staff. Taking the portion size, taste and the atmosphere into account, I think this place deserves 5 stars. Duck (on special menu) and silken tofu (also on special menu) were absolutely delicious. Definitely returning for more umami experience!

FREAKING AMAZING Food Cocktails Staff Third time coming and either it is at the restaurant or take away through lockdown, the quality of food and service is definitely consistent! I recommend going with a little group rather than just 2 people only because sharing is so much better!!! There's heaps of things to eat and definitely loads of choice. Vegan/vegetarian options also available Cocktails are amazing too recommend Aloe Aloe as it is very refreshing and not too sweet. Food wise everything is great but my top pics would be dumplings, pork buns, silken tofu, massaman curry beef and crispy chicken. Both desserts (coconut tapioca and deep fried ice-cream were deliiiish). Banquet menu is also a great option especially if sharing!

Smaller and more intimate than its Bondi cousin, this place definitely deliveries on the flavours of food and the quality of service. Great for a nice night out, worth while checking it out!

I was really looking forward to experiencing the newly opened China Diner in Double Bay, however, was slightly disappointed which is a shame since there has been a lot of PR connected to it. Ambience, service and presentation of the food was lovely (and very photogenic which is always a in my books). I've given a 3 because the actual taste of the dishes was lacking. I'm a huge Massaman curry fan and was really looking forward to this dish but it fell flat for me. So too did the coconut vanilla sago dessert. On a positive note, the ocean trout sashimi was tasty and refreshing.
