They also offer a fantastic lunch special daily from 11 AM to 3 PM, which includes your choice of fried rice or lo mein, a small spring roll, and a choice of beef, chicken, or pork—all beautifully packaged in a take-out container for only $6.50. That's an incredible value! Overall, if you're a fan of classic Chinese food, Lai Lai is the place to go. Even though they are the only restaurant of their kind in the city, they do everything right! (Please note that since February 2022, Lai Lai has been operating for takeout only, but if you call ahead, your order will be ready when you arrive.)

The food is what you expect to go for the price and orders. Orders have been completed correctly and in time.

The food here is truly excellent! I had a conversation with the owner regarding the current situation, and she expressed her reluctance to reopen for dining anytime soon due to concerns about the virus. They take extensive precautions, even though they are concerned about the business's viability. I really enjoyed my meal—generous portions that are definitely worth the price. Although I don't live in Douglas, I will make it a point to stop by Lai Lai whenever I'm in town!

FOUND IT!!!! We moved to Sunizona last year, and I've been searching for a good restaurant ever since. It’s been challenging to find one that's worth my time. But I finally have! Although the owner is currently in Douglas while I’m at work, I called her up to order the orange chicken with bread and asked her to bring it back for me. Trust me, spending six dollars on it is definitely worth it!
