The food was overly salty, and the catfish wasn't cooked for long enough. Everything I ordered was excessively salty, with the exception of the sides and the fish.

The food has improved tremendously compared to what it used to be, so a big shoutout to the kitchen staff for their hard work! However, the management could really benefit from some lessons in kindness. I greeted the female manager one day and the male manager on another, but neither acknowledged me. I can understand if they didn’t hear me, but I was sitting close to the office and noticed other staff members coming out and engaging in conversation.

I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I decided to go here today to eat with my family. We have our table and sat down, I went to my plate and when I came back, one of the staff sat in my seat and spoke to my family. At one point he whipped my nephew on his head and was told to stop. He even said some threatening and harassing things. At the time, I decided to calmly handle the situation so that we finished our meal and reported it to the manager. He asked if we know the man and I said no, that should be important because his behavior is unprofessional either way. After talking to the manager, I heard some of the employees who say that if it was a problem, then I would have done something right then?. I think I should be loud and skip some tables and chairs. We've gone, but we'll never eat again in this facility. Not here. I want to file a complaint. Update: I communicated with corporate and nothing has been done. The restaurant is especially insecure for women and children. These people won't take anything seriously until an employee hurts someone or worse.

My husband and I wanted to go to lunch Wednesday. She said it will be $28 plus tax. I about fell on the floor. We walked out. The other Old Times we go to are $8.99, but Douglas charges $14 for lunch! Won't go back.
