Ordered an iced-coffee, but all the sugar was sitting at the bottom, so the first sip my mouth is filled with sugar. Haven't been to this Dunkin' in months for the same issue that happened months ago and they still haven't fixed this. I'll continue to visit a further shop that does it right.
Coffee was just warm not hot. Bagel hardly toasted, cream cheese that they charge for was not existing really, a very thin layer on 1 side of bagel. Cashier was friendly. I did take back 2 bagels to her to show her amount of cream cheese, she had them put a little more on them. But still barely any there.
I got a cold hard donut and I went early this morning. I’m confused ? threw it away and never going back. I’ll stick to
I understand being short staffed, but my friends and I sat in this line for over 35 minutes with no one in front of us and while at the intercom to order my friend had to repeat her order four times. When we finally arrived at the window all of our drinks were wrong and I would never leave a review like this, but what drove me to do so was the fact that when we told the lady at the drive thru window, she immediately got an attitude and snatched our drinks back. She was extremely unkind and definitely ruined our morning just from a simple interaction. Never again
