Five Guys - Douglasville

First time ever eating from here. The shakes are awesome and to order with the food. They give a hefty amount of fries in a bag which is new to me. The burgers were juicy and done at a perfect temperature. New favorite place for the family to be treated to added to the list.

Burger was burnt black and crunchy. Fries under cooked and hard with no salt. It cost me over $17 for 1 cheeseburger and a regular fries. Than when I got home with my carryout I couldn't even eat it. The burger was so burnt that even my dogs wouldn't eat it. This was the last time I will eat at 5 Guys. I can't afford to keep throwing my money away on food I can't eat.

Why is this place so overprice for burgers, hotdogs and fries? They give you the Medium sized fries and charge you Extra-Large prizes. The burgers are good but you can get bigger ones cheaper at a sit-down restaurants. The don't keep up with the ketchup dispensers as the last two times I have been there there was no ketchup. They got rid of the mustard dispensers, vinegar bottles, and the peanut snack that one used to enjoy as you waited for your order. The whole restaurant's floor are slick but the bathroom floors are worse like they use the same mop from the kitchen. That's a falling hazard even when it is not wet. The soda mixing machines are horrible. Why did they get rid of the old style soda fountains. Why Five Guys ask their customers for tips for all they did is call your order number for you to pick it up at the counter in an big generic paper bag?

I came in with a really big order without any heads-up, I totally excepted to wait a while (which would?ve been fine with the size of the order) and maybe a few mistakes with the orders. Some places you can?t even get a single burger and fries in a reasonable amount of time, but even with my order and others coming in they got me my food so fast. Nothing was missing or wrong either, everything was perfect.

Five guys is always great in my opinion. Out of all the times I've been there they've only had bad fries one time... That's a pretty good track record and worth going if you ask me
