Taco Bell - Douglasville

Absolutely fantastic food at 10 PM! This is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. The hot items were actually hot, the cold items were refreshingly cold, and everything was incredibly fresh. I returned a few weeks later around the same time, and once again, the food was exceptional for a chain restaurant. Every other Taco Bell I've been to offered food that's probably only half as good as this one.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. Every time I stop by, I’m greeted with nothing but outstanding customer service. I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Holly! Jolly Holly, indeed! If 5 stars could take on a human form, it would definitely be her! Her service is exceptional, and great customer service makes such a difference. Thank you, Holly. Keep being your wonderful, jolly self!

Well, it’s Taco Bell, but I have to rave about Joy! Her name perfectly matches her personality. She served us with a warm smile and a fantastic attitude! After traveling for seven days—two by plane and five by car—I was exhausted and irritable. But Joy not only lifted my spirits; she even impressed my husband, and that’s no easy feat! Her dedication to serving others is truly remarkable. If I wasn’t already convinced about moving to this area, I sure am now! As my husband said, she "restored our faith in society." He even left her a compliment in the survey on the receipt, which he rarely does. I’ve mentioned her so often that I felt I had to share my praise for her here!

We're at this drive thru all the time, great new location. Always fast service, always accurate, always nice people. Food is hot good.

The late-night and overnight staff work extremely hard and stay busy, yet they maintain a positive attitude and manage to deliver the food promptly.
