Taco Bell - Douglasville

I placed my order online, and it indicated that it was ready for pickup when I arrived. However, when I got there, my order was nowhere to be found. It took a long time before anyone addressed my concerns, and during that time, I felt ignored. After waiting another ten minutes, I asked to speak with the manager. It turned out they were out of a certain item, but instead of informing me of this, they made me wait indefinitely while claiming they were trying to restock it. This didn't help me at all in that moment; had they been upfront, I would have canceled the item. To make matters worse, the manager's behavior was unprofessional—they messed up my order and then suddenly said they had the item back in stock.

This Taco Bell is absolutely the best one out there! I live in Alabama, and I make sure to stop by this location every time I pass through Atlanta on my way home—I've been coming here for over five years now. No matter when I visit, they've never disappointed me. It's by far the most reliable Taco Bell I've ever been to, and the staff is always incredibly friendly!

I love this location. They are always super sweet, anyways get my stuff correct.. And it never takes long. Every staff member is always such a pleasure and no one rushes you when taking your order. Will always only go to this one!!

This is by far the best Taco Bell I've been to! The restaurant was spotless, and the food was perfectly prepared—not just hastily thrown together. The quesadilla was thoroughly cooked without being burnt, and it was even cut nicely! The service was fast and very courteous; Blake was especially professional. I'm not sure if this location always maintains such high standards, as I received a flyer asking for a customer review on their website, but I’d prefer to share my experience on Google where more people can see it. This Taco Bell is definitely worth the drive, even though I live closer to another location in Douglasville! I really hope they continue the excellent work at this Fairburn Road location. Great job!

They were fairly quick, the price was typical for taco bell, but even though the order screen confirmed my order perfectly, 2 item in the order were prepared incorrectly. They DID score 100 on their food services evaluation, though.
