Waffle House - Douglasville

When we entered at 8:30, it was somewhat empty. My Family then placed our order with the waitress being friendly and actually caring about our order. The cooks were slow and the meal arrived to table by the morning rush. It was a joy to devour the food. Overall, great food and service!

Food was undercooked forgot drinks. I was finally given mine but my girlfriend never received hers. Her biscuits and gravy was under cooked and my food was under cooked as well.Not stopping by this one again.

Went here for lunch recently. Seemed like a lot of new staff working here. My bill was $13 even. Paid with my card, left a $2 tip, and wrote the total on the receipt. Next thing I know my card is charged $20 even. They changed the tip from $2 to $7. Be careful when paying with a credit card at this location.

The best waffle house food I've had in a long while my husband and I have refused to go back to a waffle house for the last 2 months because eveytime we went they ALWAYS mess up my food or completely burn it! (Not at this location) But Tonight at this location They did awesome the food was on point and in the top 6 best Texas cheese plate and hashbrowns I've had and mind you that is the only thing I eat there for the past 20 years! It's was good! The staff was nice and friendly as well and restaurant was very clean!

I would give this place one star because there’s no option for zero or negative ratings. It was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. We walked in, sat down, and shortly after, a bug crawled across our table while the waiter just watched me kill it. I understand it’s Waffle House and things can happen, but it didn't stop there. I only managed to take three bites of my grits, and when my girlfriend ordered two biscuits, a bug crawled out of one of them. That was enough for us. We simply wanted the biscuit with the bug removed from the bill. On top of that, they were overcharging us and insisted we pay for the entire meal. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I hope they’ve let that terrible waiter go.
