Feedback gevenThere was a man who took our order, and he struggled to answer two simple questions. When I asked him what the "combo" for a salad included, he attempted to explain it to me. I responded that I only wanted the Strawberry salad and did not want the drink or fries. He snapped back rudely, saying, "Then you don’t want a COMBO THEN!" As I continued to browse the menu, I inquired if they had anything akin to a Cobb salad. He replied in a nasty tone, "WE DON'T HAVE THAT HERE, YOU ARE NOT AT CHICK-FIL-A." Ultimately, I ordered a combo meal (#1) with tea. The older woman who took our payment was pleasant and kind, showing respect for our choices as customers. However, when we reached the pickup window, we encountered two visibly angry adult employees who seemed irritated and were taking it out on anyone they dealt with. When I asked the lady if they had Thousand Island dressing, she curtly replied, "NOPE, we don’t carry that." I then requested ranch dressing, and she told me, "No, you can only have what comes with your salad." Additionally, the tea tasted strangely chemical and did not resemble tea at all. I plan to take it to the engineering lab at my workplace to see what was really in it. While the salad and burger were good, the fries were cold. I’m not one to suggest firing people, as everyone needs a job, but I strongly recommend retraining the staff on customer service skills. After all, without customers, there is no business. It’s clear why your competitors seem to be thriving. Thank you for letting me share my experience, but I will definitely not be returning to that location.
The management at this restaurant seems to be playing games with the drive-thru line. Instead of taking orders one by one, they only take one order at the speaker and won’t take another until that car has moved forward, paid, and received their food. I assume they think this will keep their drive-thru times low, but it has caused the line to back up all the way to the highway. This approach could lead to a car accident! They really need to start taking more orders at once so cars can keep moving up.
This Wendy's is amazing! Their service is remarkably swift, and the chicken crisps and Jr. Bacon burgers are consistently served hot and fresh. Don’t miss out on trying the buffalo wild ranch sauce on the chicken sandwich—it's absolutely delicious! Their Frosties are also fantastic, and the Frosty machine is always up and running.
We've had excellent service and food during our recent visits! One employee who truly stands out is Best. I can't quite recall the spelling of his full name, but he goes by Best. What an impressive young man! His parents must be very proud! He is incredibly respectful and friendly, and he went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. His positive attitude is contagious! I really hope to see him again on our next visit!
The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were extremely helpful. They offered a wide variety of salads that surpassed those at Applebee's across the street. I mistakenly threw away my receipt and couldn't recall my order, so I returned at 2:00 for a salad. The woman at the counter kindly reminded me of my previous visit and assisted me in getting a discount on my meal. Goodbye, Applebee's!
