Domino's Pizza - Dover

The food is 'ok ' in the same way MacDonalds is 'ok '. It 's always just average. What I really don 't like is the way they price everything. They make claims of 50% off this-n-that, then try to say the original price for pizza for four people is normally £75!!! NO ONE in their right mind pays that much for food out of a cardboard box!! Normally, after all the deals, you can expect to pay around £40-ish quid for pizza for four people. Even this isn 't good value. You can 't get mid-week deals, but on the whole, Dominoes is by far the most expensive takeaway option available locally to us. We no longer use Dominos, having discovered Pizza-Go-Go. They aren 't a huge amount cheaper, but the food is way better, and the portion sizes are more generous. Sorry Dominoes, but you need to look at your pricing models and start being more honest.

When you order a pizza from this place, there is very little topping with it. The counter staff will offer you extra topping if you pay more? When you get your extra topping pizza, it is no different from a standard pizza offered elsewhere! My advice: go somewhere else!

Ordered online just as the ferry docked before heading back on a long journey north. The location is close to the ferry port so was very convenient and the Order was ready when we arrived to collect. The staff were fine and it looked very clean but the pizza was somehow not quite as good as our local domino. Also it was £3.00 more for a large pizza than in my local dominos which I thought was a bit odd. £20.99 for a pizza is OTT and would never pay that unless there is a bogof deal on. Would use again though (if there is a deal on as it is still cheaper than feeding the kids on the ferry although would be tempted to look further afield for better value

Nicely made and on time just like most of the Domino's Nothing to complain about. Order Deals only..

I don’t really need to say anything. A discarded cigarette butt found under the pizza. Staff very rude and have accused me of placing it there. Why would I? I’ve never smoked in my life. Not even a refund issued.
