The staff was very polite, and the service was quick. The coffee was beautifully presented. There is a small charge of 55p for using whole milk, but this is not uncommon. Overall, it was a great experience in a lovely atmosphere.

We arrived very early in the morning and it seemed like they were waiting for a warehouse delivery. However, the staff who assisted us were quick, efficient, polite, and apologetic about the limited selection of sandwiches and pastries. Fortunately, all the other snacks and drinks were well-stocked.

The customer service was excellent. The woman, whom I believe was named Lucy, was lovely, very attentive, and quick with my order. I will definitely stop by for a coffee the next time I'm at the train station!

Always clean and tidy, very helpful staff and friendly I love the coffee and always in there in the morning for my coffee before work.
