Domino's Pizza - Dover

Used to be my go to spot till yesterday . Ordered thin crust pizza with extra pepperoni and added onions

Ordered delivery tonight because I had a headache and didn’t want to drive.. I ordered through the app and was watching the pizza tracker. It said my food came out of the oven at 6:08pm. I did not receive my food until 7:12pm. I love a few minutes down the road. I’m extremely disappointed and my pizza was no longer warm and fresh. Ended up having to reheat in the microwave. Extremely disappointed.

Online ordering doesn't work, tells you to call the store to place order, but store can't honor online pricing. Nice job, Dominos! Way too many pizza places around for that. Bad customer service.

DONT PUT YOUR FAITH INTO THEM GETTING YOU WARM AND GOOD FOOD. I’d give it 0 stars if i could. I’ve ordered twice in the past week each order taking over an hour when they gave me an estimated arrival time of 20-30 minutes. I called to speak to the manager and it was a hassle, she put me on hold 3 times then hung up on me. I called back and the girl who answered was completely disrespectful and had a terrible attitude and was talking about me to the manager while I could hear her. This store does not need to be in business.

I placed an order at 7:10, the estimate arrival was at 7:45, two hours later my food does not come. I call dominoes various times, the first they said that they were really busy so it would be an hour. An hour later I call, and was told the driver called my phone stating he was here, I did not receive any phone call and about 15 min later he calls and says how I did not answer. This is not okay, do better and he was also rude.
