Dunkin' - Dover

I feel compelled to update my review as my experiences change. Right now, this Dunkin' is in pretty bad shape. Their lobby is closed at random times, with no clear schedule. There are usually more than five employees working inside, which leads to the drive-thru line extending all the way to the street. Additionally, mobile orders are frequently unavailable at unexpected times.

My standard order is a medium frozen coffee with vanilla and no whipped cream, but for some reason, it never has any vanilla flavor. This has been a consistent issue at almost all locations, except for one. I prefer not to complain, but there is definitely a problem. I can't call in to address it since they don't provide receipts, and when I do ask for a straw, napkin for the coffee that spills over the side of the cup, or a carrier for more than two drinks, I often receive an unfriendly attitude.

I ordered two half decaf coffees, but they were incredibly burnt – it was ridiculous. They were hotter than usual, likely from sitting around too long. When I asked the staff if she could prepare two fresh ones, she started arguing with me, insisting that she had just made them. This is the second time I've had this experience with the same person. She handed us the coffees right away, so it's clear they were old. We ended up driving to another Dunkin' to get them remade. From now on, I'll stick with the best Dunkin' on Central Ave next to Planet Fitness. They consistently serve fresh, great coffee!

It's a nice dunkin. Definitely understaffed but it's still quick. They should definitely hire more people the employees looked stressed.

Met my sister here to get a coffee. We order and move down the line. As we're waiting the girl in drive thru has a freak out. I was disgusted in her behavior. She slammed that register draw so hard I'm suprised she didnt break anything.i made a comment tomy sister and she said this girl has melt downs all the time. I am very suprised they would keep her on let alone stick her in aspot where she can been seen doing these things. If I could go lower then a 1 star I would. I will never come back here again.Not to sound picky but I like my coffee served with a smile not a tempertantrume.
