Friendly's - Dover

We always enjoyed friendly 's for lunch. Today we stopped and I tried their new $100,000,00 cobb salat . unnecessary to say it was certainly not close to what it was advertised for. I was particularly disturbed that it contained rust, but no blue cheese. Obviously, friendly 's is not familiar with the recipe for a traditional Cobb salad. our waitress was spectacular and delivered very good service, but I know now what not to order when we visit.

Not really customer friendly. Food has no taste. The free sundae for signing up doesn't tell you that some sundae's aren't included. Bathroom is claustrophobic. I wouldn't recommend coming here for food or much else.

Had a great experience and pleasantly surprised at the newer menu items. Customer service was good.

Even though it was crowded,(travel time-scheduled made me almost leave- so glad I didn't) once we were seated, order was taken promptly( still a little worried how long we'd have to wait until we got our food). The only thing that surprised me more then how quickly we got our food was how good it was.DELICIOUS BACON CHEESEBURGER for me.SLAMMING MAC&CHEESE BACON CHEESEBURGER were words from my 16 yr old nephew.ONE HELL OF A GROUP OF EXCELLENT WORKERS

Poor service and slow. Complained to the manager and she made excuses. Lots of staff but 75% are standing around talking...tables need to be cleared and people are waiting 20 mins to sit. They have a lot of work to do if they want to succeed!
