Great food! Great prices and delivery is very prompt! This is my go to place when I want Chinese food!!

Horrible customer service they talk to they customers any kind of way

This place has horrible customer service. After placing an order for delivery my boyfriend and I noticed a long black hair in our food. We then called to let them know. A lady answers (assuming she is part owner) and states very rudely, that no one there has black hair (which is pure BS most asians have black hair) and then accuses it of being our hair!! smh. We had to go all the way to the resturant in person where she made a point to examine the food with her glasses and after all of that finally gave us a refund. My bf made it a point to say he didnt want a refund all her wanted was some hair-free food but she refused to give us a new order of food.

I love Great China. I used to go to Happy Fortune, but Great China is much better. The egg rolls are great, though sometimes they are a little greasy. The boneless ribs are a must, and the wings and teriyaki chicken are good, too. They do need a better phone system, especially since they get a lot of orders. Also, I don't like the $10 minimum for credit or debit cards because the food is so inexpensive. It's the only place I go for Chinese food, though, so that says a lot.

This is the worse Chinese in DE. Their general tso sucks, never had general tso from other places that just had bones in it and they gave me a lot of little scraps. And they are so unprofessional they really have no clue on how to treat their customers. It seems to me one of the owner has a superior complex, I think he was the owner.
