I work nearby and visit this location a lot.But that will definitely be changing.I’ve tried to deal with it, kept making up texting my mind on why they are so rude.Not all of them, but two in particular are the worse.1. The redhead girl don’t know her name , she has 0 people skills. She shows she could care less about you or your order. She’s condescending, arrogant, and just down right nasty.2. The infamous “Wayne”.And let me start off by saying I know he had a heart attack I even donated when you all were asking your customers to .This dude is a complete mess.He could be the father of the redhead.Another miserable human. Don’t go too fast or he will throw you the biggest attitude. And DONT, I repeat, DONT, ask him any questions regarding the menu, you might just make him short circuit.Like I’ve said, I’ve tried.I’m done, I’ll definitely go out of my way toGo to another Dunkin, albeit, out of my way. But I’m all set with these two depressing and miserable people.
Incredibly rude and never gets your order right. Gives you an attitude when you ask them to redo it.
Wayne is by far one of the best employees there, always love coming in and seeing him ready to go with our drinks, very friendly
I’m not one to make bad reviews but waiting 20 mins in line, both my bagels were asked to have the cream cheese on the side which was not the case and the ONE coffee I ordered, was made wrong. I respect young people working but pay attention and listen to what the customer is asking for.
