I reserved the private room they offer for my husband 's 50th Birthday Party. Cole helped me get this organized and was super responsive to all my my messages and questions. She helped me with everything from reserving the room, planning the food, communicating with the hostesses on duty so they would know how to handle the surprise when I arrived with my husband. There ended up being live music that was planned at the last minute. I thought it was great and added to the ambiance. Cole was sure to give me a heads up about this though. The restaurant is family friendly which is great because we had a few children at the party. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely nice and super helpful. We felt very welcome. It was a crazy busy night for them but we still managed to have everything we needed. The schedule I had created for when drinks, appetizers and food would come out was followed perfectly. The room was spacious enough for about 24 of us to fit comfortably with room to mingle. Savannah was out main server. She was excellent. Efficient, polite and never forgot about anything I asked her for. She even got us a knife to cut the cake and forks/plates to go along with it. Sydney and Jess helped out as well and were also awesome. I would absolutely book a party here again! Oh and the food was amazing! Everyone at the party agreed. The crab dip was the best I had ever had and the craft pizzas were delicious. Parking: Plenty of parking! Kid friendliness: Family friendly! Awful service. We placed our order all at once, very clear and concise appetizers, drinks, and meals. Then we didn’t see any wait staff for about 40 mins. Meals came out first without any silverware, appetizers seemed forgotten, by the time we were nearly done our meals the appetizers came and by then we were ready for takeout boxes and the check. The staff acted very swamped (maybe under staffed? but the restaurant was hardly full, the section we were in had maybe 3 other tables filled.
