Dunkin' - Downers Grove

A fantastic spot for a quick afternoon coffee boost or a grab-and-go breakfast!

Every Wednesday morning when I pass through the drive-thru, there’s an elderly woman who gives me the iciest stare. No matter how friendly I try to be, she always seems to respond with rudeness.

The staff here are incredibly rude. During my first visit, I was informed that the food I had already paid for online was unavailable. They didn't offer any reasonable alternatives and refused to give me a refund. On my second visit, they shut the drive-thru window on me, claiming they closed at 4 PM! I will never return to this restaurant. They really need to learn how to treat their customers properly before running a business.

Had to order at the window. Dining room was closed. Why ? Coffee and coffee cake muffins real good.

Horrible customer service and I was charged wrong. The lady listed it as hot coffee it sure doesn?t look like hot coffee. She was in a rush to get us out she wasn?t giving us a straw and we got over charged. Keep an eye on your receipt
