Starbucks - Downers Grove

I love LOVE STARBUCKS!! This was one of the best!! Keep the fantastic work!!! They also gave me Starbuck's items to complete my family and I harvest costume.

I had the worst week at all and they say that a small act of goodness goes a long way. From the moment I moved in the drive thru, the pleasant friendly sound welcomed me, it is as if his smile shined through this voice. I had to acknowledge him and let him know how wonderful his customer service was this morning. The lady in the window was also wonderful. I definitely had to take the time to do this review because you never know what a person could be faced, but if you go over Amd to lead great customer service, it is very appreciated so thank you guys for being so kind. I appreciate the few wonderful people here in the world.

I was here three times in the last 2 days and her customer service was great!! Casey especially on the window is excellent, he deserves an increase! We laughed. overall great experience here, coming from the state.

Girls work the drive thru (not catch their name) 4/22 at 1030am was just the NICEST person. Thank you for giving me a smile and brightening my day!!
