Bj's Brewhouse Downey

I live in Downey and have been to this BJ’s quite a few times. I have never had any issues with the food or services. However, these day the food taste terrible and was dry. Also, the waitress we had was not helpful at all she only came twice to check on us and both times we were already looking for her because we needed something. I was disappointed in both the food and services.

I just love it here! Ivy is the best hostess ever! The food is also affordable and delicious. The lemon pepper wings, the avocado egg rolls. Chip Dip trio, the cinnamon roll pizookie are some of my favorites. I also love the Tito’s Lavender Lemonade. And last but not least Jimmy my server/bartender is just amazing!

They were short staffed during lunch time on the weekday. Please give yourself at least 2 hours to order, eat pay. It took the waiter at least 20 minutes to acknowledge my group of 3 after I flagged him down. Waiter was courteous and got our oder quickly.

I went with my son and it was a good experience. The service was great and the food did not disappoint.

Myself in my fiancé love the food and we love the help that we received. We will definitely go back in the future
