Chick-fil-a - Downey

Everytime I come to this chick fil a there’s always something disappointing happen . From orders not done right to missing items the wait times are horrible. Today I went in couple minutes before breakfast ended and I was denied breakfast at 11:01 because of the huge wait to order yet other cashiers had submitted an order for another guest. Everyone needs to be on board and chit chatting with collugues wastes time. everyone looks like they’re lost and don’t know what to do.

This chick filet was crazy to get into they had signs and cones all over the place people didn't know where to go. They took over the parking lot for all the other shops in the center with their signs and cones. Too much hassle. The service was good the guy who took my order was very nice and helpful but when I went to the window to pick up my food the girl outside was too busy chit chatting with the girl inside. The food was good except the Mac n cheese was a little crispy but good. The line took long and people were mad in the parking lot other cars just squeezing by you n no where to go.

This is the closest one I have. I haven't had a problem. The service is always great and from time to time I get free food with the app!

They forgot to give me my drink (Mango Sunjoy). They also don't give free refills on a Mango sunjoy, which is funny because it's LITERALLY lemonade, iced tea and a mango flavoring. The food was cold. Not to mention the parking lot is a mess and entering this location is hectic.

Yummmm. Love the spicy chicken sandwich and their fries, especially with that buffalo sauce ?
