El Pollo Loco - Downey

This situation was terrible in the past. Although the service was not great this time (the points remained from the orders) it was better to clean the facility was safer.

Absolutely awful! I ordered a combo with broccoli and a Loko salad. The salad container was only about 1/3 to 1/2 full and didn't even come with a tablespoon of dressing. It's the dressing that makes the salad enjoyable! When I asked for extra dressing, I was told no. The chicken breast was the tiniest I've ever seen. I definitely won't be returning.

Consistently opening later than their actual opening time. Went through drive thru a half hour after they opened and was told through the speaker they weren?t ready to serve food yet. This has happened multiple times.

The restaurant was very dirty, with garbage on all the tables and a lot of litter on the floor.

The restaurant is rarely clean, and the staff often make errors with payments. On the bright side, you can still enjoy a delicious, hot meal, but be prepared for longer wait times, regardless of the time of day.
