Placed an order online (2) days before pick-up for a family party. I got a confirmation email when I placed it. Even got one the morning of confirming my pick up time! Cool. I get here at my pickup time and surprise, surprise. My order isn’t ready. In fact, it hasn’t even been started. Some rude woman (Daniella) says “next time call ahead that’s a lot of chicken” (that’s after not even bothering to greet me for the first 5 minutes). Lazy incompetent people. I will never be back here, I suggest you follow suit! And if you do, don’t bother with placing an order, it won’t make a difference. I still had to wait around their dirty dining room for my order. While they made my chicken sans gloves. For 30 minutes. Mind you, there was NO ONE ELSE in the dining room. Not once was there a “sorry about the mix, or the wait”.And see the photo attached: you think they serve their floor chicken? ?Update: the chicken was foul. 0/10.

It will be the last time I come here to this KFC restaurant!!! Made a complaint about my order because they got it wrong and I get an ATTITUDE from the manager her name is SHONDA. Bad workers working here.
I ordered two 16 piece buckets, a 24 piece wings, and sides. The bill came out to about 115.00. No problem, i had company at home waiting for some fried chicken. Instead we got a meal that nobody cared for. The chicken didn't even appear to be fried. It was as if everything had been rushed. Although we moved aside and waited in our car for no less than 30 minutes to get our order. The chicken was atrocious. Absolutely the worst fried chicken i've had anywhere. The coating and grease just fell and dripped off the chicken and everything fell apart as we tried to take a piece out of the bucket and the bottom of the bucket was a cesspool of grease. What a disappointment, especially with having a crowd for dinner and having spent all that money. There is no excuse for bad service and who wants to drive back and forth to exchange when you have 12 hungry guests at home.
