Carmine's Parkside Pizza - Downingtown

I and my family have been here for years and we never had a problem with the food. I recently ordered pizza on 9. November and there was a piece of metal baked in one of the pizzas. I called the place and told the manager because it was a danger and was very polite on the phone. He said he could give me a refund. I sent pictures of the pizza and he said he'd look into her too. I followed a week later and he said he could only give me credit for another pizza from there. I am uncomfortable order from there and only wanted a refund for the two pizzas we had bought. He said he could only send a check and had to check with the owner, and there was no further tracking or refund issued and there was only one excuse by text from the manager. I don't really think it's okay to serve someone that's dangerous, not apologise and take money for it.

Amazing place to eat. Definitely the best pizza in the area. Love the Cesar salad.

Some of the best pizza crust around. Love her pizza. Sandwiches are great and they have brewed iced tea. One of my favorite lunch spots when in the area, just don't try on Monday

More than just pizza. Friendly neighbourhood with great food. Mostly Italian, but with cheese steaks, a Cajun burger and large salads. Good prices too.

Been going here for years! Tony in the dining room is THE BEST! Food is always good and reasonably priced.
