I called to order delivery, was connected with someone. He took my order then proceeded to ask for my credit card information. After recieveing information he asked to put me on hold. After being put on hold he stayed there was note to not deliever to my address. When asked what the note said, he stated he doesn't know he just started at the store. Then proceeded to put me on hold and said my address was out of the radius. I simply asked how is that possible when they deliver to my father's house which is directly behind mine and have to pass my house to get to his. He had no answer and hung up on me. When I called back I was hung up on 4 times. I was able to get through to someone on my sons phone placed order and all. Waited about 30 mins. Tracked my order on app and it stated order was canceled. This store lacks customer service and professionalism greatly. Feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of children. Corporate has been contacted and I will continue to contact corporate until something is resolved.
Worst service ever- When I was about to pay with a e-gift card, CHRIS(the worker) got annoyed and said “you make me hard time” and then he threw the paper he had in his hand to the floor. What’s wrong with him??? I just came in to pick up my orders. Anyway, I didn't want to eat the pizza he made in dirty clothes with irritation.
Box was wide open and toppings were bare. I’m noticing a common theme with poor food quality and service in the Doylestown area
