The restaurant offers accessible parking, entrances, seating, and restrooms, which is a big plus. I tried the turkey cheddar bacon panini melt, and it was absolutely delicious! Although I can't have the salad dressings they offer due to personal reasons, it was very easy for me to bring my own and add it at the table. The restaurant was fairly clean, though I had to wipe down our table a bit, but there were plenty of seats available. Surprisingly, even though it was Friday at noon, it wasn't very crowded. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for lunch!
This Saladworks experience was really disappointing. I hadn't been here before and was looking forward to trying it again. Unfortunately, I encountered a young employee with long blonde and blue hair who was handling food without a mask and coughing. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but when a customer orders five salads and a soup, alongside catering and online orders, and there are six people waiting in line, it would help if someone could come out to assist. The girl with the hair eventually disappeared, leaving just one guy to manage everything. Another employee came by with chopped onions and then left again. It was frustrating to see this on a Friday around noon. I placed an online order at Panera down the street, and by the time I left the Saladworks parking lot, my Panera order was ready.
This was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I get that they're primarily a salad company, but if you're going to offer sandwiches, you should do them right. My BALT sandwich was lacking in both salad and bacon, the tomatoes were small and mushy, and overall, it tasted awful. I would rate it 2 out of 5 and definitely wouldn't recommend their sandwiches.
The Broccoli is asggy as actually dripping water. Wasn't even enough dressing to cover half my salad. Was no bread or chips available as a site. Recommend to another if u can.
Disappointed. Avocados were rock hard and should not be served until ripe. There was about a tablespoon of chopped chicken on the salad. We requested utensils on a to-go order, but they were not included so we had to eat with our hands.
