Ordered a couple of subs. Not only were they skimpy I asked for cheese and didn't get any. Also bit into a little square piece of plastic. Needless to say I didn't finish nor will I go back.
I ordered a seafood platter on Sunday and was disappointed to receive only three scallops, four shrimp, and haddock. My main complaint is that the entire meal was overcooked. Unfortunately, I will be taking a break from ordering from Cindy at 760 Nashua Rd unit 45.
Ordered my food over an hour and a half ago. STILL no food delivered. When I call they say we’re next out. Will be calling back again in 15 mins to see why my food has not been delivered yet. DoorDash does a better job with customer service. The person answering the phone obviously doesn’t want to be there since she has an attitude since I placed my order. Do not recommend this place. Ps. I’ve eaten here before and the food is usually good. But their service is terrible and it’s not the first time I’ve had this type of thing happen. I drove over an hour to be with family and we chose here for our lunch/dinner. I will not eat here again.
I have visited this restaurant three times in the past 6 months and each time has been a disaster. On one occasion, my husband was charged over $30 for a one-topping pizza. Another time, I received a grilled chicken pizza instead of the chicken broccoli Alfredo I had ordered. Last week, I called to inquire about the Monday pizza special and was told it was $11, even though the website advertised it as $10. I requested bacon on half of the pizza, but when I arrived, I was charged over $17 because the bacon was considered a $5 add-on. Despite my confusion, the staff failed to provide any explanation or offer proper customer service. I asked why this information was not disclosed over the phone, but received no response. The lack of transparency and professionalism at this restaurant is unacceptable. I ordered a $10 special with one topping on half the pizza, yet my final bill exceeded $17. It is clear that this restaurant needs to improve its staff training and customer communication. As a result of these negative experiences, I will no longer be returning as a customer.
