Extremely disappointed in my visit tonight. I ordered a basic sprite and Dr pepper and waited in line for SEVERAL minutes with one car in front of me because the 2 girls working the window, Lexi and Aubry, were having a conversation with their friend in the car in front of me. People go through the drive through for convenience, not to wait for 7 minutes because employees want to gossip with their friends on the job. When the car finally decided to pull up these 2 teenage girls were incredibly rude and didn 't apologize for the wait but instead decided to yell at me for honking? These kids that are our future need to do better. I have been a loyal customer here for over a year. Customer service here sucks. This isn 't my first bad experience here. I will not be returning to this location.

I hard a hard time finding the drive through because there are no signs. It took forever and there were just two cars in front of me. At the same time my cup broke because they make their foam cups WAY too thin!

Such good drinks. Love everything about this place except 1 small thing, but it's getting this way everywhere you go. The price. It is very expensive for a drink. We ordered online and paid for everyone, and they paid back, but 12 drinks, including 3 kids drinks, and we were close to $60

Visited my local Swig and had an awesome time! The staff was super friendly, and they had tons of drink options. Tried their Dirty Dr. Pepper, and it was amazing. The place was clean and chill Highly recommend!

I visit this location frequently, typically 5 to 6 times per week. I want to bring attention to the recent inaccuracies in orders. Despite correct orders initially, the finished product has been consistently incorrect over the past few weeks.However, the purpose of this review is to address my experience this evening at 7:25pm. I witnessed a young lady taking an order spending 6 minutes speaking to someone in an SUV, presumably someone she knew. She did not stop until someone honked their horn, indicating she had been holding up the line. At the window, I was handed the first two drinks as if I had stolen them, and when I asked for straws, the employee responded unprofessionally with WHAAAAT!? Overall, the experience was terrible. While the majority of the employees at this location are usually friendly and pleasant, the two individuals I encountered today did not represent that.
