I've ever brought a soup for my wife and child. Both were super tasty and the portion size was also true. I myself had the Philly Beef Cheese Sandwich. Very good, lots of sauce and fresh vegetables, the beef strips were also super prepared. The service was nice and friendly. I'll be back!

The staff is friendly, the music pleasant and the coffee is simply great! My personal favorite is the apple cake with caramel, a poem! The location is also very good, not least by the stops in front of the shop door. The various seating areas and stools are comfortable. A short coffee break can take a little longer. I found the service every time pleasant and the orders are processed quickly. Enjoy everything in a beautiful place.

Super nice, cozy and uncomplicated place to stay, relax and eat. I had the vegan breakfast and I've never been offered so much choice! The juices are always freshly pressed and the smoothies are freshly prepared! We were totally thrilled by the sofa start in the rear area, which is just to cuddle. We realized that it was really crowded at 10:30 and that the guests were standing in a longer snake. But the ELBSALON is very popular and we understand why! The industrial ambience is just so great! During our next visit to Dresden we will definitely return! ︎

A top address in Dresden! All dishes are freshly prepared and especially the breakfast offer and the freshly squeezed smoothies and juices are highly recommended. On weekends it is recommended to reserve a place for breakfast, especially in summer you can also sit very nicely outside. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere invites you to stay.
