Toscana Dresden

If you are looking for authentic italian food, lovely clean flavours and honest food prepared very well - this is the place! Enjoyed it very much!

We stumbled in the Toscana and had a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere inside is attractive and the Italian cuisine was fantastic. I had the baked lasagna and cannot remember having a better dish of lasagna. Baked in a steamy hot dish with many flavors of cheese. I would highly recommend this.

Pasta bolognese was al dente and with good sauce, portion are really big. There is a big terrace with bar inside. owners are Italians.

Unfriendly and stressed service, salad badly washed, pasta with scampi with only 2 scampi (2!) and badly cooked, pizza with anchovies with few anchovies. What should I say more?

We were walking the streets looking for Italian food, walked into 2 other places which did not appeal, then found this place. A waiter opened the door for us with a flourish and from then on it was all good. Good selection of beer and wine with lots of choices of food. Our meals were very good, the service excellent and fun. It made for a wonderful evening. Same type of prices as the other restaurants we looked at that were no way as nice.
