Feedback gevenThis restaurant, like many others these days, seems to have a remarkably low level of competence! They might as well get rid of the ordering speaker and let customers pull up to the window to guess their orders—there's probably just as much chance of getting it right that way!
We were in search of a vegan meal, but ultimately, we only used the restroom.
They are very quick in the morning when I pick up my breakfast to take to work. I usually grab one sandwich and one drink.
Work down the road, we order here a lot. Almost every order something we pay for is completely forgotten and/or an order is messed up. Very frustrating paying money for something and not getting it. I usually don’t leave reviews but the service here is so exceptionally bad I had to.
Showed up for a quick stop Iced Coffee. Manager was telling the crew to stop sending up the wrong coffees on the drive thru. As I was standing waiting for my in counter. The crew took 3 or 4 tries making it and getting it right. Every single time they tried they dump it and after the 3rd time I told them to please just add the flavor. Manager flipped and told me that 's not how things work and tried to argue with me. Finally I walked out with my coffee. The manager needs to learn to manage her crew and do her job instead of trying to argue with customers or find a better job if she can 't handle it.
