Maria's Fresh Pasta - Du Bois

This was my first time to Maria’s and got take out an I’m sitting here eating the Best Fettuccine Alfredo I’ve ever had..soo Good..I’ll be a customer always..Great place and I was early for pick up but the lady was still very nice and understanding.?

We used Maria's Fresh Pasta for catering. Coming from out of town and being unfamiliar with MFP we weren't sure what to expect but we were very pleased with the results. Many guests gave compliments and asked where the food was from. Would definitely work with Mary again!Vegetarian options: Pasta primavera and focaccia bread were wonderful!

If you go for the food you will NOT be disappointed! Delicious, fresh and hot! Some may think a bit pricey. BUT this food does not come in a chain delivery truck! When I asked Maria if the cheesecake was homemade she said, EVERYTHING is homemade. Tasting is believing! Shrimp Scampi, Fettuccini Alfredo, Tiramisu, Turtle cheesecake!

Service was friendly, but the food was not that great. Spaghetti was overcooked, mushy and sauce was salty. All pasta mushy, overcooked. Very disappointed.

Small 4 table dinning room but the food is fantastic. Making fresh pasta in what used to be a Rita's is amazing. Fettuccine Alfredo was out of bounds and the Schnitzel Cuban sandwich is one of the best Cubans I have ever tasted. That's from someone who lived in South Florida for a while.
