I am not happy with this Starbucks! I've been several different times each time i have had horrible service. , I am visually impaired and either when I am waiting in line and no one is in front of me or when my coffee is done and ready for me to get neither time has anyone spoken up letting me know I am next or that my coffee is ready. I've always had to ask those around me for assistance, hope something can be done to better improve the service.
This is a full service Starbucks, except be aware that you cannot redeem rewards here. But you can pay with the mobile app and earn stars.
The same everywhere of course. Staff is good service is quick...
The restaurant is nice, but their employees are incredibly rude and unfriendly. This is especially concerning in a hospital setting, where customers may be experiencing distress.
