La Tablita - Dubai

This restaurant was recommended to me by Mexican people that live in Dubai. I didn’t go there until I got to know that they introduced a vegan menu. I tried la sopa de toritilla, a few tacos and a dessert and absolutely loved everything. The dishes, although vegan, were very authentic and resembled those I tried during my stay in Mexico. It’s also a great place to celebrate birthdays and other occasions since they sell alcoholic drinks.

La Tablita has a great vegan menu and a fabulous ambience. I really enjoyed my visit here! The food was authentic and flavorful. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. It was lovely to have the vegan versions of classic Mexican dishes such as enchiladas and fajitas. The vegan menu previously only used to be served on Wednesdays but due to it's popularity, the vegan menu is now available on any day

You can never go wrong with tacos. It's great that at La Tablita you can get multiple vegan ones. Some of them could use some more flavour/sauces/vegan cheese so hope they can improve that over time. Updated from previous review on 2023-09-11
