Halong Bay Restaurant - Dubbo

The food here is fantastic - and what a great surprise to find such authentic Vietnamese food in the middle of Dubbo! We ordered the pho, the laksa and Vietnam salad and all was fresh, tasty and delicious. The service was great, the new owner is lovely and we wish him all the best on his new restaurant.

Food is great here. It's not very inviting from a restaurant point of view and looks more like a takeaway cafe. Could do with creating a bit more ambiance but I dined in and the food was fantastic. I eat a lot of Asian food and this was as good as you would find in Sydney. I would eat there again when next in town.

Having eaten Vietnamese many times thought we'd try this new restaurant. .I was really surprised at the lack of flavour. .everything was fresh but not tasty..service was fine.servings were small & quite expensive for what it was..pretty disappointed. .

Not bad Vietnamese restaurant. Friendly service. I had the Chicken Pho. Not the best Pho I had but it was good overall.

We loved our dinner at Halong Bay!Such a lovely restaurant with a charmy and warm host, whom gave us recommendations on how to receive the best version of our true-to-Vietnam meals. The service was super quick and our plating was lovely. For delicious and truly Vietnamese tasting food such as spring rolls, salad rolls, beef pho, chicken sate, laksa soup, we'd recommend Halong Bay.
