The Def Chef - Dubbo

I have been to The Def Chef for breakfast and lunch on several occasions when in Dubbo. Whilst it does get a bit busy on weekend mornings it is still comfortable and this just shows how popular it is with the regular locals!We went out of these peak times too and had a wonderful time. The staff are chatty and cheerful, happy to recommend things and seem genuinely happy to be there. Owner Andrew was always behind the counter when we went and he is very friendly. Andrew is a local and supports local producers. They are all written on the walls but eggs, milk and chicken (plus more) are fresh and local. Can recommend the croissants, pulled pork sliders, eggs benedict and the fresh made cakes and pastries!

I have been here a few times, never disappoints. Great coffee, breakfast and service. Theblonde lady, was particularly nice and accommodating. A definite must if you visit Dubbo.

Went to the Def Chef for a quick bite. Meal was filling and well presented, but menu is a bit on the pricey side. Ten out of ten for the coffee though. Not everyday we order 2 cups each. Enjoyed every sip! Well worth a visit.

Never disappoints. Thanks to all for yummy food, great coffee and a warm welcome. Def Chef is a winner!

Excellent food. Excellent service. Can thoroughly recommend. Was very busy and owner went out of his way to make sure everybody was happy. Will definitely be back.
