The Fast Lane Drive Thru Coffee - Dubbo

What a fabulous idea. I’d never had drive thru coffee before. Such a great and easy experience :

After several visits over the past three years, I have consistently found their service to be excellent, and their coffee is always top-notch.

The coffee and food here are excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly as well. However, there are a couple of downsides: the restaurant is quite popular, which means it can get busy. When that happens, many patrons choose to park on the street and walk in, instead of waiting in line. Sometimes the staff will turn these customers away, but other times they serve them, which only adds to the congestion.

I go to fast lane every now and then. But the last time I went, I ordered a medium caramel latte over ice with lactose free milk, with toasted banana bread. I ended up getting a large one, no straw (normally we get given a straw), no Carmel in it, no lactose free milk, the banana bread was burnt and had little butter on it. This is the first time I’ve had a bad exercise at fast lane Dubbo. It would have been lovely it the lady double checked everything before handing the order over. But most of the time the coffee is great at fast lane.

Got 2 caramel latte this morning, now normally they are wonderfully but I'm a bit disappointed today. The coffe tasted burnt like a real ash flavour. The caramel was perfect but to burn the coffee beans makes it horrible. This has happened previously and im starting to think I should go else where for my morning cuppa
