Dax - Dublin

My husband surprised me by booking Dax to celebrate my birthday. I loved everything about our dining experience - each course was delicious and unforgettable. The service was fantastic and the wine list was impressive. I am grateful to the restaurant for making my day so special. Thank you!

We had a lovely dinner here to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious - if it weren't for the pandemic, I might have kissed the chef, or at least shaken his hand. The restaurant had a beautiful, cozy French ambiance, and the staff were all simply wonderful.

Wow, wow, wow. This is hands down the best lunch we've ever had! Every course was perfectly executed, paired with incredible recommended wines. The staff here are genuine, warm, and welcoming, creating the ideal atmosphere for the outstanding dining experience that follows. After our amazing visit, we have become lifelong patrons. Bravo to the team at Dax, we can't wait for our next visit.

What a tasty bite. we've seen dax tonight. such an excellent restaurant, star food, ambiente and service. excellent selection of wines. the whole evening was immaculate. olivier is a gentleman and made sure everything we needed was handy. we will definitely come back.
