Very bad customer service, food is amazing, no understanding of customer at all very sad

Great staff working under ridiculous pressure. Ordered a pizza for collection and stood around for nearly an hour waiting. Nobody could tell me where it was or when it would be ready. Pizza with thin crust is ok but the standard crust is not great, at least not to my taste. One time it was too salty and another time it was too greasy so it was not always consistent. I tried ordering in person here once and had to wait for a long time to place my order as they kept answering the phones ahead of me. I felt like I had to call the people a few feet away from me to place my order. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
